Everything people ask us
Still stuck after reading these? Call or text — we’d rather talk it through than have you guess.
How much does it cost?
Our 18' dual lane water slide is priced per day, and delivery, setup, anchoring and pickup are all included inside our free delivery area. The exact price is on the rentals page and on the booking calendar.
How do I book?
Straight from the site. Open the booking calendar, pick your date, and pay the deposit by card. The date is yours the moment payment clears and your confirmation email lands immediately. No waiting on a quote, no phone tag.
Do I pay the whole thing up front?
No. You pay a deposit online to lock the date in, and the balance is due on delivery day. Your confirmation email shows both numbers.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks is ideal, especially for spring and summer Saturdays — those go first. That said, the calendar is live, so if a date shows as available it genuinely is.
Do you deliver, set up and take it down?
Yes — always, and it’s included in the price. We arrive before your start time, set up, anchor the unit, walk you through the safety rules, and come back at the end of your window to take it down. You never touch the equipment.
How much space do I need?
For the water slide, plan on roughly 18' × 40' of clear flat space, and check overhead for branches and power lines. Not sure? Text us a photo of the yard and we’ll tell you honestly whether it fits.
What surfaces can you set up on?
Grass is best — we stake into the ground. We can also set up on concrete, asphalt, turf, or indoors on a gym floor using sandbags. Just tell us the surface when you book so we bring the right anchors. We can’t set up on gravel, dirt, mulch, sand, or a slope.
Do I need electricity?
Yes. The blowers need standard household outlets within 100 feet of the setup spot. At a park or field with no power, we can bring a generator for an added fee — mention it in the notes when you book.
What happens if it rains?
Safety first. If there’s rain, lightning, or winds over 15–20 mph in the forecast, we’ll reach out the day before to reschedule or cancel. You get a full refund of your deposit or a rain-check credit — your choice. We won’t set up in unsafe conditions, and we won’t charge you for weather nobody controls.
Can I cancel or change my date?
Yes — just call, text or reply to your confirmation email. Weather cancellations are always refunded in full. For a change of plans, get in touch as early as you can and we’ll move you to another date if it’s open.
Are you insured? Can you provide a certificate?
We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate naming your school, church, park or HOA as additional insured. Mention it in the notes when you book — we usually turn it around within one business day.
Do the inflatables actually get cleaned?
Every unit is washed, disinfected and completely dried after every rental, then inspected before it goes back out. Seams, stitching, anchor points and blowers all get checked. If anything looks off, that unit stays home.
Does an adult need to supervise?
Yes. A responsible adult has to supervise any time kids are on it. We’ll cover the rules at setup: no shoes, no glasses, no food or drinks, no flips, and keep similar-sized kids on at the same time.
Can I rent for more than one day?
Absolutely — just select your full date range on the calendar and it prices automatically. Overnight setups are fine as long as the unit is in a secured, fenced area.
What areas do you serve?
Free delivery within 15 miles of Your City, and we travel farther for a small mileage fee. If you’re not sure whether you’re in range, just ask — the answer is usually yes.
